Location: Lake Swan Camp in Melrose, FL.
Cost: $90 pp in cabins. $60 pp in your tent
Includes 3 meals, stay, child care, conferences and activities. (child under 3 years free). (Early bird price)
Each church must register their groups and process payments before the event.

Early bird - 3 months before (September 15)
Regular - 1 month before (October 15) +10%
Afternoon - 2 weeks before (November 1) + 20%
Closing - one week before. (November 8)
